Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate qualified sales leads.
- Present company products and services to potential clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads using Salesforce or CRM software.
- Schedule and conduct effective product demonstrations and discovery calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings.
