Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through outbound calling, email, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct high-value product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients via video conferencing.
- Navigate the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted outreach strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and expansion.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A self-motivated drive to succeed with a proven track record of hitting goals.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
