Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-energy product demonstrations and presentations via phone and video conferencing.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) and provide weekly reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads efficiently.
