Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Manage inbound inquiries and schedule qualified appointments for senior sales executives.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot) to track interactions and manage pipelines.
- Research and identify potential clients within the New Mexico market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain a high client retention rate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
