Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home and community sales presentations to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive canvassing and networking.
- Close sales by effectively addressing customer objections and demonstrating value.
- Manage customer relationships post-sale to ensure retention and referrals.
- Enter accurate sales data into the CRM system daily.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of integrity and professional appearance.
- Willingness to work night shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM).
