Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and qualify prospects.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads within the Salesforce CRM system.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients to address their specific business needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close deals to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client retention.
- Track and analyze sales metrics to identify trends and optimize sales strategies for continuous improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional reputation for Apex Sales Solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in inside sales or telecommunications sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and concisely.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work hybrid schedules covering both the Oakland and New York markets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team meetings or client events.
