Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new leads and qualify prospects through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and effectively manage the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to qualify for performance bonuses.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Present product demos and negotiate terms to close high-value sales contracts.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer success preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a "hunter" mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
