Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge to consult with prospects
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Close deals and consistently exceed monthly/quarterly quotas
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales lifecycle
- Attend weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote-hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
