Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads within the El Paso market.
- Closing: Build rapport with prospects, understand their needs, and close deals over the phone or via video conference.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all interactions, leads, and status updates in our CRM system to ensure pipeline integrity.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to qualify for quarterly bonuses.
- Market Analysis: Research local competitors and market trends to better position our products and services.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with high energy considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and working in a commission-based environment.
- Technology: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
