Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Qualify prospects and present product solutions that align with client needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure closed-won deals.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize leads.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
