Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to set appointments and close deals.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update customer data, and analyze sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the company database.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telesales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
