Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Present product demonstrations to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Develop customized solutions aligned with client pain points and business objectives
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas with consistent pipeline generation
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast reporting
- Participate in weekly sales training and competitive analysis sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years inside/outside sales experience (SaaS/tech preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot required)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach/Gong a plus)
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
