Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Present product solutions to local businesses in the Philadelphia metro area
- Exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop outreach strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM
- Attend weekly team training and performance reviews

Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales quotas

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for occasional client visits)
