Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present tailored software solutions to B2B clients across healthcare and logistics sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining client satisfaction metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year inside sales or customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
