Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success and commission-based earnings.
