Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify 15-20 high-intent leads daily via multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Execute consultative sales cycles for enterprise software solutions with 6-8 figure contracts
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns for key verticals (Healthcare, Logistics, FinTech)
- Maintain 95%+ CRM data hygiene and pipeline visibility for forecasting accuracy
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives
- Participate in weekly battle planning sessions to refine objection handling techniques
- Present quarterly sales performance metrics to leadership with actionable improvement plans
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/enterprise solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding $500k+ annual sales quotas
- Expertise in Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong analytics platforms
- Exceptional negotiation skills with complex enterprise stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work hybrid schedule
