Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, CRM) during night shift hours
- Present tailored solutions to clients, demonstrating deep product knowledge and value proposition
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to document interactions, track pipeline, and forecast revenue
- Continuously refine sales techniques through ongoing training and market research
- Participate in monthly sales strategy sessions to optimize performance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in independent work environments
- Comfortable working night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT) with reliable transportation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly desirable
- Valid US work authorization required
