Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through targeted outbound calls and email campaigns
- Qualify leads using CRM systems and conduct needs-based sales consultations
- Develop customized solutions presentations aligned with client objectives
- Close deals and maintain accurate pipeline documentation in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets through consistent prospecting
- Participate in ongoing product and sales methodology training
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated quota achievement
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience
