Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales strategies through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and CRM analytics
- Present product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly KPIs for pipeline development and conversion rates
- Maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience in B2B tech environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar sales tools
- Exceptional active listening and objection handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently in remote/hybrid setting
- Strong analytical skills for pipeline forecasting
