Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and close sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Track sales activities and pipeline metrics in Salesforce
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of B2B inside sales experience in a high-volume environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification
- Authorized to work in the United States immediately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and sales tools
