- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach
- Qualify leads using BANT methodology and CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Exceed monthly sales targets with consistent pipeline development
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certification
