Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads in the Houston and Florida markets.
- Qualify leads through consultative discovery calls to identify pain points and needs.
- Present product demos and articulate the value proposition of our solutions effectively.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track activity, metrics, and pipeline health.
- Collaborate with the retention team to ensure customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or B2B sales.
- Demonstrated ability to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM) reliably.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on prospecting and closing.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a hunger for success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus).
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a high-energy attitude during evening hours.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (as needed).
