Responsibilities
- Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce CRM and other sales tools.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion rates.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and scheduling meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
- Track and report on sales activities and progress against quarterly goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
