Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and CRM engagement
- Qualify leads and conduct needs analysis for enterprise software solutions
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with field sales to close complex B2B deals
- Exceed monthly revenue targets while maintaining 90%+ activity metrics
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions and product training
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with enterprise software/SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce.com required)
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex solutions
- Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proficiency in sales automation tools (Outreach, Salesloft, or similar)
