Responsibilities
- Proactively initiate outbound calls and emails to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our technology solutions effectively.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot to maintain accurate customer data and track sales activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales pitches via phone and video conferencing.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or telesales is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
