Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, emailing, and social networking.
- Qualify prospects based on company criteria to ensure a high-quality sales pipeline.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting unique value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals and meet monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, deals, and activities within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field (entry-level candidates with strong drive will be considered).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- A valid driverās license and access to a reliable vehicle (optional, for occasional team events).
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
