Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with inbound and outbound leads via phone and email to qualify prospects and schedule meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention and identify upsell opportunities.
- Accurately enter and update customer data into Salesforce or HubSpot CRM in real-time.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and target high-value leads.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or customer service (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to handle high-volume call environments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
