As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be the driving force behind our growth, connecting with potential clients and converting leads into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to generate pipeline.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure high retention rates.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track interactions and update prospect information.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, BDR, or SDR roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
