Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Engage potential clients via phone and email to present product solutions and value propositions.
- Conduct product demos and navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate lead and deal status data.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated to meet aggressive targets.
- A high school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
