- Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring high conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Salesforce CRM system.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with prospects and customers through professional, consultative communication.
- Reporting: Provide weekly forecasts and sales performance reports to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot is highly preferred.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
