Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new leads and book qualified meetings.
- Present product demos and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective clients.
- Navigate the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead quality and improve conversion rates.
- Manage and update accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to earn a higher income through commission.
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
