Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive recurring revenue
- Present product solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic negotiation
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate pipeline data
- Participate in ongoing training to master product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional communication and persuasive presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and opportunities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
