Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Conduct needs analysis calls with qualified leads to determine product fit and purchasing authority.
- Consultative Sales: Present our solutions effectively, highlighting value propositions and addressing objections with confidence.
- Deal Closure: Navigate the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a smooth handoff to the fulfillment team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot, tracking pipeline velocity and deal stages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and with product teams to ensure client needs are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Resilience: High level of self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
