What You'll Do:

- Present product demonstrations and clearly articulate the value proposition to prospective customers.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to manage customer data and track sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Close deals and build long-term relationships with clients in the Central Valley region.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on persuasion and active listening.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to work full-time in our Fresno office.
