Responsibilities
- Prospect & Qualify: Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking within the local Fort Worth market.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and manage high-volume outbound calls to set qualified meetings for senior sales executives.
- Presentation: Clearly articulate product value propositions and address client objections to move leads through the sales funnel.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot regarding client interactions and pipeline status.
- Feedback Loop: Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of hitting targets and a hunger for financial success.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and comfort using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
