Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Build strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques and needs analysis
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and optimize conversion funnels
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast sales performance
- Present product demonstrations and customized solutions to prospective clients
- Close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of inside sales experience in B2B SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas ($500K+ annual preferred)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex value propositions
- Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision making and pipeline management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Experience in high-growth startup or scaling enterprise environments preferred
