As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will drive revenue by identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals. If you are coachable, resilient, and have a hunger to succeed, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage the sales pipeline and track activity.
- Qualify prospects based on needs analysis and budget requirements.
- Present product demos and overcome objections to close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality (Entry Level candidates encouraged).
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn a high income.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
