Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain client relationships using Salesforce CRM platform
- Present product demonstrations to key decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all client interactions in CRM system
- Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (internships welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (occasional travel required)
