Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Present company products and services to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Manage a daily sales pipeline using Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to qualify leads and optimize conversion strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in daily sales training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to learn new technologies and sales methodologies quickly.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
