Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and CRM management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling
- Present product solutions to potential customers and close sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Track sales activities and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay current on offerings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
