Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and solution presentations
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Develop deep product knowledge to position solutions against competitors
- Participate in weekly training sessions and sales strategy workshops
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
