Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate new business through outbound calling, email campaigns, and networking within the El Paso community.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Present product demos and services to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales over the phone or via video conferencing.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Client Retention: Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or B2B Sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated individual who can work independently with little supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
