Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Develop consultative relationships with prospects to identify business needs and propose tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce with precision
- Participate in daily sales huddles and weekly performance reviews
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of hitting quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport remotely
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with consultative approach
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Willingness to work occasional evenings for client meetings
