Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calling, email, and social media campaigns.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to demonstrate value to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and account onboarding.
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in the Salesforce CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
