Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business opportunities.
- Nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate data entry in CRM systems.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet client needs and close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or customer service (minimum 1 year experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on active listening.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle high call volumes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Self-motivated attitude with a hunger to achieve financial goals.
