Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume outbound calling strategy to generate new leads and qualify prospects within the NYC and DC markets.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
- Present product demonstrations and pricing proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Experience working in the Washington DC or New York metropolitan area is highly preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
