Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new leads through various channels including cold calling and email outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive retention and upsells.
- Present product demos and solutions tailored to meet customer needs.
- Accurately manage customer data and pipeline activity in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
