Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and email outreach to generate qualified leads within the local Washington DC and Virginia markets.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs.
- Manage and maintain a robust pipeline within the CRM system, updating activity logs and forecasting sales accurately.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback on market trends and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting while maintaining high productivity.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for local networking events or client meetings.
