Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new leads in the Phoenix metropolitan area.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospective clients via phone and in-person meetings.
- Overcome objections and negotiate terms to close sales deals effectively.
- Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
