Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new business leads.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit, budget, and timeline.
- Demonstrations: Present product demonstrations and solution proposals to prospective clients to showcase value.
- Closing: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/HubSpot regarding customer interactions and pipeline status.
- Follow-up: Execute strategic follow-up strategies to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Technology: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Drive: A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
